Everything,my sister and i have stayed there before.its a excellent apartment,GREAT SPOT,CLOSE TO PUB,BEACH AND a pleasant 15minute walk to town.i love Kings Beach.
there is only one little thing the 38stairs or more to get to the apartment can be challenging after a long day walk .

We had a great view from the balcony - perfect for breakfast and a cool spot away from the morning heat. The big aircon did a good job to keep the unit a pleasant temp when needed. The kitchen had everything you wanted for making a meal and also plenty of glassware and crockery which many units lack. Two big couches made our stay very comfortable as well as having a comfy bed too. The unit was tastefully outfitted as well as having all the comforts of home.
The top floor gave good views however that did mean extra stairs which probably are no big deal to most people.
