Was easy to find the holiday rental office where we collected the keys. They where quick and informative and easy to deal with. Drop off was quick and easy also.
The only small thing was lights flickered in the living areas.

Everything was there. Many unexpected, like games for kids, supply of toilet paper in the garage, all kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable.
Garage was small. Could not fit my dual cab ute. Ok for smaller vehicles.

This unit is good for able bodied people. Very central to evey thing. The fact that there were some ecentual items left for our use.Great when arrival was delayed by traffic.
The fact that it had stairs when told it was ground level . l am disabled had great difficulty with stairs. Linen is required for these units as some people don't bring any( ? ) We where lucky as family live in Caloundra and surplyed is with ours. People could wash bedding and exchange for clean bedding if left.
