Patriotic Cabin Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

Very clean, quiet and absolutely stunning! Hot tub was very enjoyable and great size!

Top porch needs redone we didn’t go on it, didn’t look safe but other than that everything was great!

This cabin's location is excellent, and it is one of the cleanest cabins I have stayed in while in Pigeon Forge. The upstairs bedroom was very spacious, and the whole cabin was very welcoming. I could easily reach a staff member when I had questions about my stay.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The cabin inside was nice and clean. The location was nice and quiet.

The cabin could have a little sign out showing where it’s at . It’s hard to find in the dark . The gps takes you another way up . There was trash all outside the cabin . The outside of the cabin could use some remodeling along with the outside patio furniture could be replaced The chair was busted thru. The Xbox 360 didn’t work the controller didn’t work for the game. The rugs could be replaced . The hot tub was dirty. The fridge had sticky stuff in it it wasn’t all that clean. That’s little stuff What really upsets me is my husband ended up very sick and I had to cancelled a few days and I was told I could get half my money back and if the cabin rented for the days I cancelled I would get a full refund and then I had to message over and over to ask for it . And out of 728.00 I received 280.00 and was told I had to highly discount the cabin cause of the cancellation which I had a screen shot showing it was sold out on my days I cancelled and it also showed how much. So he did not keep his word then told me when the people check out on the days I cancelled he would send another 50.00 so I send him a text no response back and I get blocked . No. One can help getting sick and it’s miserable being away and feeling terrible .if ur not going to do what you promise don’t say it . It’s ok because I will have the lawyer I work for an attorney I will get my money back for me I have all the proof. I’m not asking for anything free but if u say u will refund u should do it . I have all the messages and photos. 280.00 is not half and u did rent the cabin so I should of got a refund like u promised . And now you block my number real professional. The lawyer I work for will handle it for me . So basically he got my money and someone else’s money for the same days . I will also contact booking.com
