About this cabin rental
Beautiful cabin only 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg! Walk into this beautiful one level log cabin nestled in the woods, with cathedral ceilings, open living & dining room. Walk out to a spacious deck surrounded by nature and flowers. Relax in the rocking chair while taking in the crisp mountain air. Featuring one large master suite with king bed and master bath with shower. Second bedroom across the hall has a queen bed with bathroom and stand up shower also. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Toaster, coffee pot and can opener with small blender. Towels and linens furnished . The sofa makes a bed to accommodate another adult or a couple kids. Utility room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Very nice cabin. Clean and easy to check into and out of. Well stocked with everything we needed. If you're going to look at the cabin, be sure to bring your own kind of mix and spices. I saw three bear at the cabin.

The Moody Fox was great for a long weekend for my sister, my husband and I and our little dog, Dexter. Our sons dropped by on Mother's Day Sunday to visit and join us for lunch out in town. Our youngest son is a Park Ranger here in the Smoky Mountain National Park. Scott, the owner, gave us very clear directions to the cabin and let us know when it was ready for us to check-in. The cabin was very clean, with linens provided and very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. There is a great long covered deck in the back to enjoy nature. The kitchen had everything that we needed while there. We enjoyed the gas fireplace for a couple of nights, but sadly had to let the owner know that we smelled a natural gas leak in the driveway. He contacted us promptly and sent someone out to turn the gas off to the cabin. We appreciated his prompt action!
