Location! Location! Location! Our townhome truly offers the best off both worlds! Located on a quiet piece of property in the Smoky Mountains, but close to everything!! After enjoying a fun filled day, kick back and relax in our beautiful 1,700 sq ft rustic theamed home with a open floor plan.
* 6 Miles to Dollywood!!
* 2 Miles to Pigeon Forge!
* 1 Mile to downtown Gatlinburg!
* 4 Miles to Ober Gatlinburg
* 3 Miles from the National Park!
Most cabin companies will edit their photos, non of the pictures taken of the cabin are edited to enhance anything, they are all original, so you see exactly what you will be renting.
Our newly renovated and beautifully decorated rustic theamed home has a open floor plan to accomadate large groups. 2 Bedrooms 1 Full Bathroom. 1,700 sq ft. will make you feel right at home.
Located right in the Smoky Mountains spur on a road right off 441 between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, only minutes from all the main attractions Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer.
Located across the double highway from the Gatlinburg welcoming center were you can park for free and use the trolly for a cheap price to avoid the hassle of traffic and expensive parking.
(Handicapped acceccible, no steps or stairs inside or outside.)
(Will Sleep A Total Of 8 Guests Comfortably)
-Bedroom #1 (Master) Has a comfy brand new king sized memory foam mattress with a futon couch that pulls out to a full sized bed.
-Bedroom #2 has comfy brand new Queen sized pillow top mattress.
-The living room has a pull out couch that pulls out into a full size bed.
(All bed linens are provided.)
-Full sized bathroom with shower & standard bath tub (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand/bath towels, and hand soap provided)
-All brand new stainless steel appliances.
(Stove/oven, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer)
-All necessaries for cooking and eating meals is provided.
-Propane grill outside for grilling at your convenience.
-Fire pit, pool table/ping pong table foozeball, arcade gaming table with over 100 plus games installed, stocked with kids board games for a rainy day.

There is potential for some noise as it is the lower level of the unit you may sometimes very lightly hear the above guests walking. The guests in the above unit (if there are any during your stay) are aware and expected to respect your peace and quiet as they're required to comply with specific noise ordienece rules. The units are completely seperate and private. No shared spaces at all. Seperate entrances and parking.
**2 Vehicle Maximum Parking Limit**

**Pet friendly only upon approval. If your pets have a tendency to bark alot i would not suggest to bring pets to this home since it is a bilevel duplex.
Please always confirm the size/breed, number of pets you will be bringing and the pet fees costs before booking your reservation.
You will be held responsible for any damages your pet/pets may cause.
Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations.
We ask you please keep your pets caged/crated only if they have a tendency to be destructive when unsupervised.
Please always keep your pets leashed when outdoors.
Please pick up after your pets.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner Kirsten and the filling pet fees are paid.
I require a one time Non refundable $50.00 - $150.00 pet fee per dog.
$50.00 - Small/medium non shedding dog. (1lb - 40lb)
$75.00 - Small/medium shedding dog. (1lb - 40lbs)
$100.00 - Large non shedding dog (40lbs+)
$150.00 - Large shedding dog. (40lbs+)
If you have more than one dog please let me know so I can adjust the pet fee accordingly.
