The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, it was big, cozy, and very comfortable.

They have many buildings, on one of them dont have an elevator.

We stayed as a family of five (two adults and three children), and unfortunately our experience was not as expected. It turned out that the room was only suitable for four people, which was not clearly communicated to us in advance. Our third child, a 14-year-old, was expected to sleep on a very small and uncomfortable sofa, which cannot reasonably be considered a proper sleeping arrangement. We found this situation unacceptable. It was not appropriate to expect a child to sleep under such conditions. As a result, our daughter had to sleep in our bed, which significantly reduced our comfort during the stay. We believe it is essential that such limitations are clearly stated beforehand, so families can make informed decisions. The lack of transparency in this regard is disappointing.
