Oceanfront Oceanview balcony luxury south beach Penthouse

This was a a graduation gift for my son and his friend and you can not get a much better location. If you know South Beach, you know 5th & Ocean is the perfect location. We had plenty of room for the three of us. The view from the very, very large balcony was amazing and everything we needed was walkable or we grabbed a bike rental across the street. If you know the area you also know these are older, art deco, historic buildings. Olga was very responsive and the condo was perfect for us. Skip the tourist traps and make sure to grab the best sandwich at La Sandwicherie, your Cuban favorites at Puerto Sagua, and pretty much whatever your heart or stomach desire at 11th Street Diner. Oh, and the pizza at Pizza Days is very good. Sorry Olga, we stayed up talking until after three am and our uber was due at 5:30 so I did not get to do all of my clean up chores but you provided the perfect place for me to enjoy a few days with my son before he heads off to college.

No need for a car everything very walkable. Great spot to watch the airshow on the balcony and relax at the beach.

Olga’s place is in a great location, right at the end of Ocean drive where you still get an ocean view. Very easy access to the boardwalk, beach, all things ocean drive, etc. The unit is a little outdated and could use some tlc, however for the price/location it was better than anything else we could have found. The unit does not have designated parking, however there is 20/day public garage on 7th that’s an easy walk from the condo.

Could have stayed in a 5 star hotel at a better part of Miami Beach for the price I paid for this place. Bathroom is full of mold and no effort has been made by the owner to upgrade or rectify though there have been complains about it in the previous reviews. The balcony umbrellas don’t work to get any relief from the Miami heat. Loud music until 3 am in the morning. To anyone trying to rent - don’t go by the pictures. They are super enhanced.
