Da localização,segurança e da vista.
Achei a limpeza precária, ambiente muito fechado, sem ventilação ,a janela não abre e não tem cafeteira conforme diz o anúncio, somente chaleira elétrica.

O espaço é pequeno, porém funcional....tive problemas com o chuveiro, porém foi resolvido quase de imediato....porém como o banheiro é muito pequeno tinha um vazamento que manteve o local sempre molhado. O ventilador de teto não funciona, mas tem um ventilador pequeno em um criado-mudo que incomoda muito quando ligado. Os utensílios bem práticos, geladeira ótima...não cozinhei no local.
Não gostei do banheiro....muito pequeno e adoraria se tivesse alguns ganchos para poder pendurar algumas peças de roupa no cabide.
