Extremely easy to get in and out of the building at any time after registration at the front desk. The lady takes a picture, and off you go. At later times the side entrance is closed off and the main entrance gets extra security, which is a nice touch. The third floor (which is really the second from the main entrance, that's a bit confusing) has a few places you could chose to have meal, but they all close relatively early (10? 11? Not sure, but they don't go all night), and not all of them are open in the morning. You still have all your needs met, but it is something to keep in mind. The apartment itself is very clean and it has a great view from the window. It's not noisy at all and very easy to fall asleep for someone like me who is very sensitive to light and sound. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you might need, so you could just go to a grocery store and prepare your meals as if you were right at home. The shower gets very hot if you set it to its maximum temperature, and it's also very strong. Perfect for people with long hair, no need to be under the water for ten minutes to get the shampoo all rinsed off. The pressure gets right through everything. The bed is great, as well as the covers and the lining. It could have an extra set of pillows, that'd elevate it to the next level. Both my partner and I like to have pillows in between our legs and that just wasn't an option - so we used the couch pillows instead, which were good for this purpose.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay. Like I mentioned before, the room could use an extra set of pillows, but that's about it. Other than that, it's probably the best room I've stayed at in São Paulo for the price.
