The apartment had some maintenance issues, that were not addressed, but it didn’t compromised my stay

Decent apartment relatively new fittings.

Didn't get the door codes until hours after check in. Very disappointing. Towels were poor quality and no tea towels.

- very clean - great ac - perfect wifi - helpful staff and easy check in - secure gates - has great amenities (pool, gym and laundry) - good location during the day (but unsafe at night)

- location is the only downside. It's not good for nightlife, but it's great during the day because it's near the supermarcardo and near the bus stop. - ubering out and in is fine at night. It's easy to get in thanks to the fingerprint security

Overall good, had almost everything one would use for a short stay. The bed is nice. The apt. is clean. The building is pretty, has a nice swimming pool and nice waiting room in the laundry room. Nice location. The staffs were nice.

The furniture (the desk, the chairs and the drawer) need to be replaced, they were not broken, but the chair will definitely break if sit too long, asked them to bring a chair, and never came. There were no mugs or cups for water..., only two espresso coffee cups, asked them to get us two, and never came either. Again the bathroom is too too small. There is a waiting room, but if you don't have your apt number yet, they wouldn't let you in. The 360 suite company would send you all the detail right on time at 15:00. If you ask them to send you earlier, they don't have the details to send them to you. I suggest arriving there after you receive the apt. Info.
