Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and nice size beds/bedrooms with a bathroom in each bedroom. Great location to the Universal parks, particularly Epic Universe. When we needed more towels, the staff was very quick to accommodate and bring us more
The property could have been cleaner. The cleaning was very surface level. Lots of dust/dirt on the trim, baseboards, blinds, walls, cabinet etc. The rug in the living room didn’t look like it was vacuumed. The cleaners left wet cleaning rags in one of the bedrooms on the dresser. I also had to clean up a few spots myself on the kitchen floor. I also wish there were more paper towels, dish washer pods, trash bags etc
