Filey house with new extension close to sea and shops

Excellent equip kitchen

The location was excellent - close to the large park and path to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We coped well with two young children - two cots to choose from and a safety gate on a bedroom. Once parked (street parking is free) there was no need to move the cars. The garden was enclosed and a pleasant safe space. Very good instructions provided by the host on location and access. Easy to contact the host. Friendly neighbours who appreciated our efforts to minimise noise. The children were uber excited and were up by 5.30am!

Entrance time is stated as 4pm and exit 10am. With the high cleaning charge this makes a weekend stay expensive for families or smaller numbers.

The house is very spacious and easily accommodated my party of 3 adults and two teenage boys. The kitchen is wonderful -newly renovated and very spacious. The kitchen can easily accommodate at least 8 people and still plenty of room for everyone. The location is fab and within walking distance to a very family orientated park which can access the beech. A wonderful walk to Filey Brigg takes around 45 min each way from the house so perfect for a relaxing day out as you pass the beech front with cafes, ice cream parlours etc. Filey is a little hidden gem like a mini Scarborough but so much better. Would recommend for a family getaway and/or v relaxing experience.
