Basement Apartment with front and rear outdoor area. The front is beautiful to sit out on a summers evening to listen to the music playing in the bandstand just across the road, The apartment comprises of entrance hallway, lounge/diner, shower room, separate toilet, kitchen, rear patio yard, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom has king size bed and 1 has 2 singles) sleeps 4 plus infant.

Good Location

Good location just over the road from cliff top gardens. Accomodation is as described. Some minor items in need of repair but not significant. Can double park and drop off luggage, road not busy. Not much free parking when we arrived at 3pm on a Saturday but after that fairly easy to find free parking within a short walk. Would stay again.

Disappointing experience - the outside areas are scruffy and filthy - with a broken down pipe

The flat feels damp with lack of fresh air. Not like the photos - the brown leather settee is actually a poor blue velour settee, lacking support and comfort. There is no mirror in the hall. The shower is mouldy and there are only 3 dining chairs. The kitchen bin doesn't shut due to a replacement liner. Most of the cups are chipped. The so- called garden is just an unusable yard. We won't be back - it is very poor compared to the photos. I didn't expect the vases of flowers but I did expect the brown settee.

Apartment was very clean and nice bed linen/towels. But apartment smelt damp and lots of little jobs needed doing,eg cupboard door falling off when opened,door handle needs screwing back on one of bedroom doors(wrote list in maintenance book)shame really as could have been a fantastic place to stay.I spend a lot of time in Filey and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartment is very well placed for all amenities in Filey, you just need to walk outside the front door! Lovely big lounge and well equipped kitchen, all well cleaned. Only problem was the shower head wouldn't stay up and we couldn't close the bathroom door, these could be easily fixed though. Would definitely book again, thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location and cleanliness although weather was very hot all week and windows open bedding felt slightly damp each night but did not mar our stay and we would stay at seawards again. The dampness could possibly be due to flood in recent years? Back seating area could do with a revamp.
