Staff non presente sul luogo, con indicazioni per accedere all’appartamento via whatsapp insufficienti e non complete. Il check in lo abbiamo fatto dopo 2 ore e mezza perché l’appartamento era ancora sporco. Con un bambino piccolo non è semplice. Ci era stato mandato un video per aprire il portone principale del condominio e quello dell’appartamento. Tuttavia le chiavi erano difettose e aprivano soltanto una delle due serrature del portone dell’appartamento. Ci era stato detto che vi era un ascensore ma purtroppo questo non raggiungeva il piano dell’appartamento. Le pulizie non sono state sufficienti perché vi era tantissima polvere a terra. Il parcheggio è insufficiente per tutti i condomini, c’è un cortile con una sbarra apribile solo con telecomando. Il telecomando era completamente scarico, quindi non abbiamo potuto parcheggiare anche se vi era un posto libero. Ci è stato sostituito soltanto dopo 3 giorni dal nostro arrivo. Il materasso del letto era scomodo. Ci era stato indicato anche un lettino da campeggio per il bimbo e non c’era. Nella cucina vi è un frigorifero molto rumoroso. Insomma, molti lati negativi che ci eravamo anche stancati di comunicare alla proprietaria.
