Marija was so kind & attentive & open to any enquiries. They even extended my stay for me.
Don’t be put off by the car park. It’s very quiet and the area makes you explore different parts of Split, esp if you have a lot of time here. Just around the cnr there’s an amazing cafe Kava2, best since leaving Australia. It’s up 2 flights but not a problem. The apt has everything, washer, drying rack, comfy bed, super clean, kitchenette. Etc.
Depends if you have neighbors at this time of year, as it’s quiet & how noisy they are. But it’s a compromise because everything else is excellent

I chose City Pulse Rentals because I saw it had excellent reviews, and they were absolutely right.
There are different types of rooms, but since I was traveling alone, I chose a smaller one, which turned out to be just perfect — very comfortable, spotless, and carefully maintained. If I could have taken the bed with me, I would have, because it was incredibly comfortable!
During my stay, I felt completely at ease and very well looked after. Marija and Jakov are wonderful hosts — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need.
The location is perfect: literally three minutes from the beginning of the city center and five minutes from the Riva. There is also a paid parking area within the property, where it’s very easy to find a space.
A truly recommendable experience. 🌷
