Apartment Mero

La personne nous a bien accueilli avec une présentation des lieux. L’appartement était bien aménagé avec des équipements fonctionnels et essentiels. Nous n’avons pas rencontré de difficultés tout au long de notre séjour.

The location was perfect and Matko is very friendly. The apartment was amazing, and we had a great stay in Split.

+ First of all, location: it just couldn’t be better! Overlooking quiet residential courtyard the apartment is literally few steps away from the Old Town of Split and most of attractions, numerous cafes/bars/restaurants, groceries (Tommy, Spar, Lidl) and exchange offices (my recommendation is one on Gunduliceva str. 32A). Two nearest beaches (Bacvice and Jezinac) can be reached either by foot or by bus + The apartment itself looked exactly as advertised - modern, impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, equipped with full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dishwasher, aircon and well maintained. Besides some tea/coffee-making items upon arrival we were provided with surprising variety of detergents, disinfectants, cleaning facilities etc. Hot water pressure was sufficient enough for taking shower, within two weeks of our stay. Wi-Fi connection was speedy and stable enough for watching YouTube videos  + Spacious sunlighted terrace is definitely the highlight of the apartment. Relaxing panoramic rooftop and sea view along with seagulls and swallows flying by, is worth doing some stepping exercise every day (as there’s no lift in the building) + The host Matko was so accommodating always being in touch via WhatsApp and doing his best to solve our issues. By the way, Matko has one more talent: don’t miss his photo masterpiece of Plitvice lakes in the living room;) It really felt like staying at the best friend’s home. Hvala na ugodnom boravku!

The best place from the old town and parking lot in front of accommodation was good. very clean and cozy. I wanted to stay longer because of good accommodation.
