After reading so many bad reviews, I was careful, and glad I found this place. The apartment might be a little dated, but it had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Freundlicher Gastgeber, Schlüsselübergabe nicht ganz perfekt (musste vor Ort am Haupteingang 10-15 Min. nach vereinbarter Zeit warten, allerdings erhielt ich kostenlos einen frühen Check-in, also “fair enough”), Gebäude im Umbau (merkt man nur beim Haupteingang, nicht in der Wohnung oben), ziemlich abgenutztes Apartment, bequemes Bett, faszinierende Aussicht.
Die Sauberkeit ist generell ausreichend, der Duschabfluss bedarf aber einer gründlichen Reinigung (der Gastgeber versprach nach meinem Hinweis, sich darum zu kümmern). Die Dusche wirkt allgemein ziemlich schäbig, auch sonst ist die Einrichtung teilweise in schlechtem Zustand, aber daran sind wohl Gäste schuld, die sich nicht zu benehmen wissen.
