Great stay. Nice and modern. Everything you need. Would come again.

Shower was a little bit clogged. Walls in the bathroom could use another paintjob. Curtain only covers half of the window.

1.property was presented as batumius apartments when name on building reads OrbiCity, confusing for us and driver. 2.When we presented ourselves at reception we were told that we needed to contact the owner to gain access…No information about this was communicated to us prior to arrival. 3. No information about what facilities were in the hotel such as pool, gym, restaurant where rubbish should be disposed of and nearby supermarkets etc. When we enquired at reception about pool or gym we were told that neither was available at the complex. 4. main problem for us - there were no dinner knives and only one small sharp knife; despite letting owner know on the second of 7 days there, we were not given any other knives and cutting vegetables, meat etc was difficult. 5. Very little storage apart from one wardrobe. Other storage in kitchen and bathroom filled with containers of “stuff”- mostly empty products. 6. Lifts were unreliable and broke down several times in the week that we were there.
