Staff needs training to handle clients, to meet customer demands.

The location of the place

Poor service from the staff, the bed I had to sleep in for 3 nights was not a bed to be used for clients it was so uncomfortable, 1st night the shower water was cold. Booking was for 2 people but cutlery was only for one person, the room was too small for two people, linen had stains of blood, lastly why have a TV in a room but no channels can be viewed/played just does not make sense, they say 1st impression lasts long I would not recommend the premises to anyone I know.
