L'hôtel est facile d’accès, en transport commun ou en voiture. Le hôte était là pour nous accueillir. Le petits déjeuner a pas mal de choses, notamment des oeufs durs.
La chambre est trop petite par rapport le nombre de lit. La distance entre deux lits superposés n’est vraiment pas suffisante. La porte d’entrée entre dans le cadre d’un lit. Et certains lits grincent si on bouge. Matelas très mou. Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est dommage qu’il n’y a pas du salé. Pour le prix du petit déjeuner, cela aurait pu être plus variés.

Clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. An excellent location in Arolla, right off the central plaza, with nice views of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very welcoming. Bathrooms and the entire hotel are spotless clean.
Our two-person was very small, but we made it work.

Michèle est une hôte adorable, très réactive et qui a à coeur de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous avons pu commander des pique-niques pour la randonnée du lendemain qui étaient vraiment délicieux- les meilleurs qu'on ait eus jusqu'à maintenant ! La chambre était parfaite avec une jolie vue et un balcon, nous avons pu bien profiter de ce séjour.
