Great location, walkable to a lot of attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great addition. My son has allergies so it was great to be able to cook if needed. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. My kids loved watching the huge TV from bed!
Lots of restaurants along the street where the entrance to the building is and a great supermarket across the road. The Subway station is 1 block away.
New York is very expensive so this was a great find at a reasonable cost.
The dishwasher was unfortunately not working but there was everything we needed to wash up. I would suggest adding a dish drainer beside the sink.
The toilet blocked on our 3rd night, and the WiFi stopped working. Michelle sent someone within 10 mins of my call and both problems were fixed.
There are some steep steps leading down to a locked door in the middle of the apartment. Not ideal for little kids (no gate, not sure if one can be requested) but we were assured no one could access our apartment and we did feel secure.
Hooks would be useful as there is no wardrobe or draws. We ended up using the banister and stairs to store things which worked fine.

Location was great (central - close to Times Square), coffee/tea, fridge and small frying pan in room. Reliable on-line key/entrance. Bed was fine. Small desk and a good chair. Quick and clear communication with host. Air conditioning.
Not the same address as originally booked, shared bathroom and shower (with three other rooms), noisy, nowhere to hang or store my clothes, inclining floor, lights from the hallway visible through door.
