Kerri was an extremely gracious host who provided excellent directions to the apartment via the subway from LaGuardia. The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived; and it is in a wonderful area of Hell's Kitchen with easy access to Times Square.

Family of 4 ( two childs of 12 and 14 years old). The place was all that we need for our trip to nyc and Rikki did a good job as a host.We hope stay again in NYC and this hosting.

The apartment was very clean. The address was misleading. This is a 3 story walk up, 48 steps, shabby ripped carpeting on the stairs. Good for young people who don't mind all those stairs but were a bit much for us, especially with luggage. Apartment itself was bare bones. Kitchen was well appointed but the owner could use some lamps in the bedroom instead of just a bright overhead light. Very spartan. Beds were comfortable. Not great overall.
