Apartamentul necesită îmbunătățiri: - ușa de la baie e deteriorată, abia se închide, și se blochează - cădița de la duș avea mucegai, și curgea apă pe lângă cădiță - era nisip pe gresie, nu arăta ca și cum ar fi fost curățat chiar înainte de sosirea noastră
