My stay in Ajaccio was a last-minute decision, as bad weather in the mountains made me leave the GR20 trail — and oh my God, I’m so glad I chose this apartment! It truly became the highlight of my trip.
Right after booking for five nights, I received a message from Antoine about check-in — super fast and clear, with all the details about how to reach the property and which public transport to take. I was warmly welcomed by Antoine’s mum, who had everything perfectly prepared, even notes in English!
She handed me the keys along with a bottle of wine 🍷, some treats, and coffee for the machine — such a lovely touch to start my stay.
The location is perfect, just 12 minutes by cable car from the town centre. Yes, by cable car — how cool is that? Going home each evening with those stunning views felt magical.
The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped, with a beautiful balcony that became my favourite spot. Even during a storm, I loved sitting there watching the rain, and when the sun came out, I opened the doors wide and listened to the cicadas — it felt like paradise.
There are two big grocery stores and a shopping centre just 8 minutes away, and the cable car station is only 5 minutes from the apartment. It’s peaceful and quiet, and the view is absolutely breathtaking.
I honestly felt like I had temporarily moved to Corsica.

L’appartement est quasi neuf et l’équipement est complet. Petit déjeuner prévu pour le 1er matin et petite attention locale aussi. Claire et sa maman nous ont très bien accueilli avec sourire et gentillesse

Brand new apartment and furniture. The bed was very comfortable, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very accommodating. The location is near the big shopping centers in Ajaccio and a 10 to 15 min drive to the beaches
Everything was fine. I wish we could have slept in later but there was another guest who came afterwards so we had to checkout by 10
