About this apartment rental

One-bedroom apartment located in a small, quiet, and secure building (with intercom) in Aspretto, a popular neighborhood in Ajaccio. No traffic noise or parking problems. Very pleasant, it is ideally located right by the sea (beach is a 2-minute walk away) and close to shops and downtown (5 minutes). The airport is 8 minutes away (4 km) and the ferry terminal is 6 minutes away (3 km). Bus stop (Aspretto) nearby.
The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a small 4-story building, consists of a large room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The terrace offers a beautiful, expansive view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
Very comfortable 140-size fold-down bed plus a sofa bed. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021, the kitchen in 2022; new furniture including bedding, washing machine, TV, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, etc. The apartment is air-conditioned.
Ideal for a couple or a couple with one child. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
