The label on the lock box to collect keys has been removed so it took us going through every lock box with the code to find the correct one. Super frustrating in the pouring rain

This property is central to darling harbour. Fantastic location. Extremely clean apartment, easy check in instructions. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure is fantastic. Balcony has a view of the ICC and lots of greenery, a perfect inner city escape. Access to a pool that was clean and perfect way to start the day.
Only issue, which is not a fault of the owners, is there is only one parking spot which was taken by another resident of the apartment. However the communication with the owners and building manager was excellent and the issue was immediately addressed with an alternative spot to park provided while the building manager helped get the car moved.

Location was good
Bathroom shower leaked over floors and sink leaked
Furniture needs a good clean. Rip in couch seat covered by throw blanket. Windows very dirty. Dishwasher did not clean and didn’t drain properly. Had to hand wash dishes and cockroaches in the dishwasher . Curtains torn and half hanging off
