Modern 3BR with Alfresco dining & Garage

Location was great with so many food options within walking distance! Very comfortable accommodation with great use of the space, the parking options out the back and outside chilling area are great bonus' of the property.

If you are staying on a Sunday night, Monday is bin morning, bring earplugs for all the garbage trucks. There is also a bit of noise from people on the streets late at night.

We visited Sydney for a Graduation of my husbands daughter , we had 5 adults and a 6 y/o and plenty of room for all of us , I liked the fact that there was 2 bathrooms but none ensuite as it made it easier on the adults Unfortunately we didn’t have weather conducive to eating outside but appreciated the furniture was there if we needed it, we made good use of the BBQ( but it wasn’t very hot, may need checking Sophie) Could we suggest a book with how to use everything and perhaps some maps of the area from the Tourist information centre, like nearest buses and timetables etc We would have liked champagne glasses for celebrating As the weather was drenching at time, we would have liked a few extra towels , i apologise for taking out a couple from the store cupboard but we were drenched

The bed could have been made a bit more professionally, we were in the middle bedroom, and I had to remake it after the first night ,

Super good location, very nice and clean rooms, easy access and the house owner are very easy communicated. By the way, this is one of the places you can have TWO FREE car park space in Sydney city! And yes, we have two rental cars! Lovely!

You will get lot of keys for different doors and lockers, sometimes we can get a bit of confused. BUT, we so enjoy the stay, you can easily walk from here to any place of the city or to the light rail.

Very spacious and comfortable, access to car parking was a great bonus to have and close to buses into city, super close to shopping centre.

Wasn’t anything to not like, communication with the owners about pre arranged early check in and another minor issue very good and appreciated. The front door lock slightly loose and wobbly around the edge of it would be the only thing to note .
