The breakfast was perfect, we had everything to choose from.

Well situated near public transport with the tram just outside and a spar supermarket across the road. The studio was a good size, very clean, and well-equipped. Great to see tissues and body lotion provided as well as the usual toiletries. Comfortable bed, good shower, good WiFi connection. Plenty of power points near the desk and bed.
There was no dishwashing detergent in the room and dirty dishes weren't changed when the room was cleaned. That limits use of the kitchen.
The terrace faces full West so in very hot weather, you have to choose between drawing the black curtains (which heats the room) or having full sun in your eyes and on your belongings.

Location was excellent and very clean!
Sometimes events took over common spaces that I could then not access like a restaurant/bar.

Bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, Parkhaus am Hotel, verhältnismäßig günstiger Preis.
Sehr einfache Zimmer. Klimaanlage kühlt nur mäßig. Sehr kleines dunkles Zimmer. Kein Fön, keine Bügelvorrichtung, kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Flure im schlechten Zustand. Man fühlt sich eher wie in einem Studentenwohnheim, als in einem Hotel. Und bei geöffnetem Fenster SEHR LAUT!
