NYC Premier Walking Distance to Times Square

A couple of year ago I stayed at the Sofitel which is literally across the road. Nice. This time I needed to find somewhere which could bed 2 teenagers as well- this place was PERFECT. Its always going to be expensive in NYC but it would have been double to have us all stay somewhere else. It was tight but absolutely doable. Walking distance to absolutely everything so we saved on transport. But when we needed to use public transport it was close and Central Station is literally a straight 400 metre walk so when we left for New Haven we didn't get stung again on Taxi's. And the apartment is just so New York- like what you see in the movies- real cool. And they heald our bags on the last day- that was really useful, so we could spend our last day still doing stuff without the worry of bags.

Slept 4 pretty well, because we were out most of the day and didn't need to hang out there (and the murphy bed could be put back up each day if you could be bothered) but the bathroom is tiny tiny- but hey, that is to be expected to be honest. But yeah- real small. We are slight people, but tall!!

Die Lage ist nicht zu überbieten. Trotz der Innenstadtlage ist es ruhig. Das Zimmer ist für eine Belegung zu zweit optimal. Mit vier Personen ist es sehr eng.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist hostelmässig - nicht jeder hinterlässt diese so, wie man sich das wünscht. Leider fehlt es an Tassen und Besteck. Im Apartment sind nur Pappbecher.

It was a nice clean apartment. However, there was a little scare when someone knocked on the door and told me I was in their apartment. I can infer that it was handled because the person did not return!

I could not get the Murphy bed down!

Outstanding location, extremely clean. Hosts were great communicators. Absolutely no issues with the property. The bar next door was fun too.

This is not on the host, but it was a bit tight for two adults, a teen and a tween. Would be ideal for a couple or a family with little ones.
