This Vrbo was fantastic! The place is beautiful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, perfect beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay to celebrate Mother’s Day! The views are absolutely stunning and the location couldn’t be better! We loved every minute here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars

FIRST TIME IN NYC! My son, his wife, my 1-year-old grandson and I had an amazing 5-night stay in this beautiful penthouse apartment with spectacular views of NYC (including the One World Trade Center building). The apartment was very clean, had tons of storage/closets, an open floor plan, well-stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee maker), and a washer/dryer (I loved that!). The king beds were very, very comfortable--we all slept great! Our unit was located on a floor with just two other suites, so it felt private and quiet. BONUS: There's a huge rooftop deck right out the front door! The building is located in a very safe area just two short blocks from Times Square. We loved turning down our street and losing the hustle and bustle behind us! There's a small coffee shop right outside the apartment building (super convenient). "The kids" enjoyed two Broadway plays and a Mets and Yankees game in the evenings. This apartment is in the heart of the theater district which made for an easy walk to Hamilton and Wicked. They felt comfortable walking at night to the theaters and also using the subway to get to the stadiums. There are so many places nearby to eat but we liked Ray's for a big slice of NYC pizza, Liberty bagels, Junior's cheesecake & Ralph's Coffee. Lastly, I have to mention our host! He was super responsive before, during, and after our stay. He made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed (including dropping off a pack-n-play for our little one). A Stay again? YES, YES, YES!! :o)

Great place, great apartment & the view is awesome!

We recently stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to New York City. While there were some positives, there were also a few important concerns future guests should be aware of.The biggest issue was that the unit we received did not match the listing photos we originally booked. When I reached out to the property manager, I was told it was a “penthouse with two king beds” and considered the same “level” as what I reserved. However, I was not able to view the original listing again, as I was told it had already been taken, which made it difficult to verify the discrepancy.Safety was another concern. The smoke detectors in the unit were disabled upon arrival. After notifying the property manager, I was told a work order would be placed. During our entire 4-night stay, only one detector was reinstalled, which was unsettling.There is also ongoing construction across the street, which created consistent noise throughout our stay.That said, there were some positives—the unit was clean, the views were beautiful, and the location is very convenient to Times Square and many major attractions.Overall, while the location and cleanliness were great, the mismatch in the listing and the safety concerns impacted our experience.
