J'ai aimé la proximité avec le centre ville, le tram. L'appartement est très calme. L'accès est facile et libre pour récupérer les clés et les redéposer.

Très bon emplacement proche du centre, de tous commerces et des transports en commun. Logement très calme de jour comme de nuit. Studio très bien équipé mais la présence d'une casserole aurait été la bienvenue. Communication très fluide avec les propriétaires.

Great apartment in a lively area, close to everything. Even though it’s on the second floor, it’s very quiet and you don’t hear any street noise. The building feels safe with an elevator and access through a badge for both the main door and the elevator. The intercom wasn’t working during my stay, which made things a bit inconvenient, but I saw it was being repaired before I left. The price and comfort are fair. The sofa bed is fine, and the place was very clean. The freezer just needs to be defrosted. Like many small apartments in France, there’s occasionally a light smell from the bathroom plumbing, and a slight sound sometimes — but nothing unusual for this type of apartment. Besides that the host seems to truly care about the safety and comfort of her guests. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it.

€300 deposit (but I received it back without any problem.) Also, there is absolutely no flexibility with the check-out time — not even 15 minutes.

De studio is heel goedkoop en dichtbij het centrum gelegen. Inchecken met de instructies en het sleutekluisje verliep soepel. Voor de prijs is dit een super goede deal.

Toen ik aankwam was het appartement niet schoon. Er lag een beschimmeld brood in de kastjes, er dreef een vreemd soort schimmel in de waterkoker, er waren fruitvliegjes (logisch; er zit geen deksel op de prullenbak). De badkamervloer was ook niet schoon en de badkamer zelf ruikt naar riool. Het bed is wat je misschien moet verwachten van een middelmatige slaapbank; het heeft een kuil tussen het onder- en bovenstel en dat voel je in je rug. Vanwege de viezigheid heb ik naderhand contact opgenomen met de host en foto's gestuurd. Ik heb helaas geen compensatie gekregen voor het ongemak. Dat vond ik erg teleurstellend.
