Use of laundry machines was great. As we were midway in our trip it was helpful to have a chance to do a load of washing. As our unit was on the back side, it was quiet. There was a nice cafe nearby and also great spot for Pho a little further down.
Check-in was easy.
Staff were remote but it worked ok.
The towels were clean but had bad stains. Need to replace them or clean them properly with bleach.
The workers downstairs made no attempt to prevent dust coming up the stairwell, so railings and walls were covered in a fine white powder.

A great little apartment in a great location. The room is quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Good cafes close by and not too far from district 4 seafood street. I will be booking this place again next time I come to HCMC

入口が分かりずらいのと、私たちのシャワールームはどちらもシャンプーしかなくて、ボディソープがありませんでした。

The room is stunning and looks exactly like the photos. It has an extra large smart TV, kitchen for cooking, large fridge/freezer, washer and dryer and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. I was there for 10 weeks and the staff and cleaners were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
