Property has all you need, fridge freezer, plug in hobs, washing machine and dryer on 5th floor. It has a little dining room so you can sit around the table etc. You have two remote operated air conditioning which is great. It is well located near the war remnant museum, Independence Palace, Ban Thanh Market, several restaurants, and street food options. TV has Netflix, Amazon prime etc. The host will meet you at the restaurant which is on the first floor. The host was very nice and will give you instructions about how to get into the property when the restaurant is closed.

As this is a private host property, you have to let them know what time you are arriving so they can meet you to provide you with the keys, and take you through the restaurant/cafe to the apartment. This also means when ordering a Grab to drop you off to the apartment or order food, you have to put in the actual address or the Cafe/Restaurant name. The apartment looks somewhat outdated/ is an older property and thus could do with a bit of a renovation. The bathroom really reflects how outdated it is. The bathroom has an internal window and the sealant around it is either dirty or mouldy. bathroom floor was slightly wet for some reason. Kitchen cupboard door knobs are rusting, some of the wall paint is peeling, or has been stucco and repainted.
