Excellent position

Location is relatively quiet and close to d3/d1 restaurants/bars. Lots of room, big room with a kitchenette, which we didn't use as we wanted to eat out most of the time. Communication via whatsapp was prompt although we didnt meet anyone.

This place is fully autonomous checkin/out and more like airbnb style accommodation. I personally didn't know this and would have preferred hotel concierge style. Payment is cash or bank transfer only, which took me a bit of time to sort out. Access is a little bit difficult even with the video instructions, as the pinpad was a bit fiddly; access to apartment is via a cafe so whenever it was closed you'd have to access this way. The toilet flush wasn't super effective, we didn't dispose toilet paper in it either, which is a thing in Vietnam. Not meaning to give this kind of review but I would have wanted to know these things before booking in HCM! Overall, still an OK stay.
