Great place in the heart of the city! It was a studio with great view, swimming pool was wonderful, but without sun beds.
We had some small issues with communication with the owner, but finally everything was fine.

The accommodation was cancelled by the owner on the day of arrival in Ho Chi Minh. Then we had to urgently book somewhere else.
