We had an apartment on the eighth floor and the balcony had beautiful views of both the sea and the lake. The apartment was clean and the building was fairly new. The apartment was as described. It was a very short walk to the beach and there was a nice beach bar on the beach where you could rent beach chairs.
Another house is being built straight in front of the apartment, so then there is no longer a view from the apartment. The noise from the construction work and the people working there can see directly onto the balcony and it can be disturbing.
