Beautiful fully furnished flat directly on water, excellent location close to the Falmouth High Street, all the shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Bed's are very comfortable, all the amenities available and in good condition.
The property is a bit hard to find - it would help to put a simple small sign Toby's Quay on top of the front door, alternatively on the wall next to the short path to the flat.

The location is amazing right on the water front and close to town.

Location, location, location.
Boiler was a little noisy in the bedrooms. Not really a problem for us as we were all up when showers were used. Car parking excellent if you have a small car.
