Falmouth Bay 2 is a first-floor apartment that consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is designated parking for 1 car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub, within 0.1 miles a beach and within 1.4 miles, a lake. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Enjoy a seaside break at Falmouth Bay 2. Note: The Building entrance is to the side of the property. Note: Stairs lead up to the entrance door, please take care. Note: A Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP is required. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
