The Mcorville Inn

The room was recently fitted out with new furnishings. Everything I required was included & the bed was extremely comfortable.

I didn't attempt to squeeze my car through the small car park entrance. It was however perfectly safe parked outside in the small road in front of the pub & neighbouring pub.

The room had everything I needed for my one night stay.

Very modern small room and tiny shower room. The bedding and towels were good quality. Tea & coffee making facilities (remember to take you bottled water as you can’t get the kettle under the tap in the tiny sink). Tv (fine at night but awful reception in the morning). Couldn’t use the car park as too tight at the entrance but got parked outside the spotted cow. Had dinner there and it was nice. The staff member gave me the key and said any issues let them know. Didn’t know what to do in the morning to return the key, but I knocked on the closed pub door and someone came. Perfectly adequate for a night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The price and location suited me. Lovely village location.

Door straight out into the road. No windows (well a skylight you couldn’t open and needs the cobwebs removing). No blinds on the window so you’re awake at the crack of dawn. Light from the door glass panel too. Very hard bed, too hard and I like a firm mattress. So wouldn’t return.

Nice little room.

Parking was a major problem, there is parking onsite but down a tiny alley my car would not fit, road parking was dangerous as very narrow street. Bed uncomfortable
