Central City Rooms

I enjoyed all of the facilities provided, even though I didn't make use of all of them, having a lot there is nice. The room was pretty decent with its own balcony and AC in the room. The bed was comfortable with both a thin blanket and a duvet in the wardrobe. Getting in wasn't any trouble either. The building is directly infront of a store which makes it easy to pick up something quickly and it wasn't far away from where my girlfriend lives. Finikoudes and downtown are well within walking distance.

The shower and bathrooms were rather unclean. Bugs can be found both in those rooms and in the bedroom. There was what I assume is mold in and around the shower alongside the floor getting very dirty whenever someone had showered. The handles were in a very ragged shape as well, coming off easily. In one of the bathrooms during my second week, the cleaner had forgotten to put a plastic bag in the toilet paper bin which made me use the other one. My suitcase had become a home for the bugs in my room since I had left it open one night. There's only one clothing hanger in the room I was in which was underwhelming.

Decent room for its price. The air conditioning was working, towels were provided. The shared bathroom was cleaned every day. Hot water was available all day long. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen facilities were okay, it's easy to prepare something and eat. The location is perfect. 10 minutes from the bus stop going to different cities of Cyprus. 15 minutes from Finikoudes. Supermarket just in front of the building, greengrocer's at the corner. The 24/7 supermarket is also available nearby (Kiosk point 24) I would definitely return to this accommodation.

The balcony and its furniture were dirty as well as windows. I would add some furniture to the room like a little table or an extra chair. I was using the huge wardrobe for those purposes, better than nothing.

The air con in the room was good there was locks of the door. The key collection was handy with flights late and early morning.

It was receiving- there are about 4 rooms in one apartment- you are paying for the one room. So you need to lock the door when you come in and out for bathroom kitchen etc The kitchen and bathroom are shared It’s awkward coz the other people booking rooms there are confused about the sharing also as the photos are deceiving. The shared showered is dirty abc needs a proper clean The location doesn’t feel the safest.
