Close to the city center, yet calm and quiet. The pictures are completely true to reality. Room Huge dining room, kitchen and living room. Bus stops about 6 minutes, the beach 8-10 minutes. There is a cheap discount food store nearby.
The promised hairdryer was not there on the first day, but they brought one the next day.

The place is not far from Larnaca center. Property management company communicates clearly and provides all details.
The flat would need a complete renovation. Being dependant on other guests' cleanliness level leads to dirty bathroom, kitchen, etc. regardless of the cleaning schedule od the property management. Fridge was dirty too and the flat is missing some basic little things making the stay for everyone enjoyable - e.g. coffee/tea, salt, pepper...cooking basics. Also, the checkin-checkout times a a bit inconvenient and there's no option of storing a luggage. All in all, staying in any hostel is more comfy and flexible than this shared apartment.
