При заселении не было мочалок для посуды, сахара на первый день хотя бы - с дороги хотелось перекусить (а посуду помыть нечем) и выпить кофе (стики взяли с собой, а сахар нет). Очень шумные соседи в доме напротив - до часу ночи, а иногда до двух там движ , очень громко разговаривают, перекрикивают

I found unwashed cutlery in the tap, hair in beds, half a roll of toilet paper for a week seems ridiculous, there was information that this would be provided, I spent the first day of my vacation after a long trip shopping for basics like garbage bags and toilet paper. These basics should be provided and the apartment should be cleaned.
