The location. As for the facilities, it is basic, just as stated in the description.
Arriving at midnight, I expected to find at least a small bottle of water and tissues in the room. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Great location, near town. Quiet at night. Bed comfortable. OK kitchen and fridge. Hot shower with boost for heating up the water. Basic, but served me well. Good value. (price you would pay at a hostel - a shared kitchen and bathroom but bedroom to yourself.)
No hangers in bedroom. Bedding tired and dark. (white, crisp, freshly laundered sheets, please!) Arrived to a sink full of dirty dishes. No kitchen utensils. (come on guys, easy to buy, cheap to replace). Impossible to use Air Con at night. - very lound clunking noises on outside wall. one. small. towell. (bathtowel. Please.)

Location only
I wasn't happy with the cleanliness; the towels were stained, there was dust in the room, and the bed was sloppily made. I was very disappointed because I had booked one room but was put in a different one. The room I had booked was completely different from the one shown in the photos!
