Nice location and parking
There is an unpleasant smell in the apartment, possibly coming from the neighbors.
The shower cabin faucet is installed incorrectly: the temperature knob is installed upside down and allows regulation in range boiling-freezing cold with couple of mm. in between. Good luck dialing it in.
More shrubs or bushes would be helpful for privacy, as the apartment is on the ground floor and everyone sees what are you up to.
