Obiekt nie był dokładnie wysprzątany. Pościel oraz ręczniki nie pachniały świeżo . Mała ilość papieru toaletowego jak dla 4 osób.

.Apartamentai yra labai geroje vietoje – senamiestis pasiekiamas vos per kelias minutes pėsčiomis. Savininkas malonus, komunikabilus ir lengvai pasiekiamas. Bute buvo viskas, ko reikėjo patogiai viešnagei – skalbyklė, lygintuvas, virdulys, orkaitė, viryklė, televizorius. Didelis privalumas – balkonas, kuriame buvo malonu ryte išgerti kavos.
Viešnagės metu buvo labai karšta, o apartamentuose nėra kondicionieriaus. Interneto ryšys kartais strigo. Taip pat buvo šiek tiek neaiškumų dėl automobilio parkavimo. Sofa pasirodė gana kieta, o miegamojo lova vartantis girgždėjo. Patalynė buvo nusidėvėjusi ir apsiburbuliavusi. Rytais buvo girdimas triukšmas už lango – greičiausiai iš netoliese esančių metalo dirbtuvių ar panašios veiklos.
