Die Lage (sehr ruhig) mit sehr guter Busanbindung direkt in die Altstadt. Parkplatz inklusive in der Tiefgarage. Ein äußerst komfortables und sehr großes Apartment mit allem drum und dran. Geschäfte für alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöner kleiner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut gut !!!

In der Dusche (separater Raum) konnte man kein kaltes Wasser zudrehen.

Cudowne mieszkanie w spokojnej lokalizacji. Widać, że zostało wyremontowane „dla siebie” – standard wyposażenia, zwłaszcza kuchni, jest bardzo wysoki. Układ mieszkania: Apartament składa się z sypialni oraz salonu (bez drzwi). Dodatkowym atutem jest oddzielne pomieszczenie pełniące funkcję garderoby oraz wspaniały, słoneczny taras. Na ulicy było cicho. Parking i logistyka: Do mieszkania przynależy prywatne miejsce w garażu podziemnym. Zameldowanie odbywa się za pomocą aplikacji do zamykania drzwi – warto zapoznać się z nią wcześniej, ale obsługa nie sprawia trudności. Klucz oraz pilot do szlabanu znajdują się w skrytce przy wejściu, co jest bardzo wygodnym rozwiązaniem. Okolica: Zaledwie 5 minut spacerem od mieszkania znajduje się centrum handlowe ze sklepem SPAR oraz restauracjami typu fast food. Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na weekend. Choć ze względu na auto nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji miejskiej, lokalizacja była dla nas idealna. Bardzo dziękujemy zespołowi zarządzającemu za profesjonalną obsługę!

Spacious apartment in a very good location and in a nice house. 2 bathrooms. Lift in house. Quiet. Everything looked new, the kitchen was well equipped.

Excess number of emails via Booking.com and messages from owner/landlady/company. I felt uncomfortable with the number of these (well intended) messages (even in Whatsapp) and the number of exclamation marks. 2 different links for house info/check in and we needed to download an app to use the digital lock. Old fashioned key only for main gate. Very complicated process. It was very hot in the apartment. The central heating has no thermostat. We switched off the radiators. We were leaving the apartment by 10 am according to the requirements, which we confirmed. Then I received an email to let them know what time we were leaving. After we left the place I received an email with a receipt of the accommodation fee - the due date was that day. We paid for the accommodation at the time of booking it, weeks earlier. There are two apartments on the photos. It was not clear which one we booked.
