Siviglia 70 Apartment - Lecce Selection

The apartment is well-equipped and suitable even for a longer stay. It has everything you might need for comfortable day-to-day living, including a high-speed internet connection that worked perfectly for working from home. The location is also excellent - there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The apartment was generally clean, and having a vacuum cleaner available was a nice practical touch.

There were several issues that affected our stay. Basic consumables such as dish soap and hand soap were provided only in minimal quantities - we ran out by the second day. For a 12-day stay, receiving only two laundry pods was clearly insufficient. We contacted the host about this immediately but unfortunately did not receive a response until the last day, which made the situation more frustrating. Additionally, while there were enough dishwasher tablets, the dishwasher itself was not properly prepared for use (e.g. no salt), meaning we had to purchase additional supplies ourselves. This is something that should be handled by the host or agency in advance. A more serious concern was that one of the blankets was already stained upon our arrival and had not been properly cleaned. We set it aside and did not use it. Despite leaving the apartment in very clean condition (including taking out the trash), we were later asked to pay additional compensation, which we found unfair and disappointing. The apartment has strong potential due to its location and overall functionality, but better communication, proper stocking of basic supplies, and more careful handling of cleaning and guest accountability would significantly improve the experience.

Casa carina ed in buona posizione.

Check in alle 15 con tutti negozi chiusi e non era presente in casa neanche una BOTTIGLIETTA D'ACQUA da1/2 litro, nè un tovagliolo di carta. Macchina del caffè con muffa e 2 sole cialde di caffè per 3 persone per un soggiorno di 3 gg!!! Assurdo che per poter avere CORRENTE è necessario inserire una CHIAVE NEL QUADRO DELLA CASA. La chiave è saldata alle chiavi della porta di casa e del portone. Quindi non è possibile che uno degli ospiti della casa esca con le chiavi senza lasciare gli altri senza corrente.... Cuscini del letto sottilissimi
