This recently renovated home is cozy and comfortable, ideal for families and small groups. It features a living room with a sofa and a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two private bathrooms with showers (accessible from each bedroom), and a large terrace. We are happy to welcome families, who will find cribs available upon request and toys for the children. All amenities are provided: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and independent heating.

The accommodations are located just a short walk from Piazza Mazzini and the historic center. Easily accessible from the highway loop, the area offers ample parking, and the surrounding neighborhood is home to numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.
It is well-suited for remote work, with high-speed internet and ample space.

The apartment will be for exclusive use.

At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, which amounts to:

2 euros per day per person from May through September for a maximum of 5 days
