From the moment we arrived, this apartment felt like a home away from home. The host, Gabriela, was friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful.
The location is exceptional - It’s conveniently just a few minutes walk to the metro, yet high enough up (16th floor) to treat you to panoramic views of Sofia and the surrounding mountains. There’s a supermarket and clothing shop right next door so you won’t have to travel far to top up on groceries etc. The addition of the terrace is brilliant, I could easily see us spending so much time on the large outdoor space soaking in the view, relaxing on sun-beds, enjoying a morning coffee.
This is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with plenty of room for a family or group of friends. The beds were very comfortable, the living areas beautifully furnished and the kitchen was superbly well‐equipped (dishwasher, juicer, ice-maker, toaster, coffee bar … you name it) . Between the large terrace, balcony, and open living/dining/kitchen space, you’ll find every corner comfortable and stylish.
If you’re travelling with kids, this apartment really shines. There’s a dedicated children’s playroom / kids-area, a playground in the courtyard, highchair/crib options, even a PS5 for older kids (or adults who still think they’re 12!) The underground garage with two parking spaces was another big plus for us in a city that can be tricky for parking, this made things very easy.
The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring everything is in excellent condition. The value for money was outstanding considering the amenities, size, location and overall experience.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, roomy, well-furnished well-equipped apartment in Sofia that caters both to families and groups, with an unbeatable view, excellent transportation access and exceptional host service - this is it. We left with warm memories and would absolutely return. Highly, highly recommended!

Great communication with the host Gabriela. Fabulous relaxing apartment, lovely and spacious with amazing balcony views of Sofia and the surrounding mountains. Excellent facilities and information of the local area and public transport. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close. It is also very pleasant to find the host has put some beers in the fridge as a welcome gift! My family of 4 stayed there for 5 nights and loved our time at Sofia View.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is huge, with two spacious terraces and a stunning view. Having two bathrooms, one of them even equipped for children, was a big plus for us. The beds were very comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and the place truly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be happy to come back! ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning.
The apartment is not only beautiful but also extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. We felt completely at home.
