Ground Floor, Resort Pools & Steps to Beach | Horizon South 73E

Peaceful. The beach was not crowded in the area. The walk to beach was maybe 5 min from unit.

I didn’t like showing up and being told that I had to pay to use the pool which was not in the listing. I was also told if I did not pay $20 per person to use the pool they would not give me my pre-purchased parking pass which would mean my car would be towed. The front office staff was so rude about the situation. From what I gathered this is a common occurrence if you book 3rd party. I would advise owners to include this cost in the booking total. While I did complain about the situation and was reimbursed it was a headache that I should have never have had to deal with. The listing was wrong and said the unit was beachfront, sea view and had a hot tub. None of this was true.

All was nice and clean.

They wouldn’t turn the heat on to the pools the pools was freezing cold. Wasn’t informed that we had to buy brackets and parking passes at the office until after we had got there .

The space was good. The location was great. Nice pools.

Area Little run down. The condo was nice. Bathrooms could use some updating. The TV in bedroom don’t work Dirty under bed and there were a few bugs that freaked me out.
