Everything about the condo itself was wonderful! Very clean. The lady to contact about any question was very nice and very responsive to my text if I needed anything. Great location just a short walk across the road to the beach. Pool right outside your back door which was amazing. First floor with parking right outside your front door. Pack and play provided for guest use was a life saver for us. Everything you need for use in the kitchen is there.
You have to pay $20 per person for an armband over a certain age to be able to get into the pool to swim. My 12&10 yr old both needed arm bands but my 3 yr old did not. You also have to pay $25 for a Parking pass to hang in your car. Everything is a one time fee but it is not communicated up front on the app that these fees apply or at least I did not see it.
